Standardcat v0.31 Changes

• There was an error in the table format. Some of the body cells had an unnecessary 0.5pt vertical line. Removed that. Some of the header and footer rows didn't have a specified minimum leading, which misaligned the labels. Both fixed.
• Added a second table format, v2, which ads delicate horizontal lines to separate header and footer rows from the table body.
