v1.2 - removed unfortunate quote

I had missed a quote from the lyrics by the band Iced Earth. Last year I had felt it was apropos to the adventure.
A member of that band was involved in the January 6th pro-Trump coup attempt. I removed the references from the music appendix, but missed the quote in the book itself. Let that be a lesson: Ctrl+F exists for a reason.
I never have, nor will ever have, anything but disgust and condemnation for right-wing fascistoid assholes.

I don't blame you. I used to be a big fan of theirs until that happened. I feel bad for the rest of the band, because they publicly stated they don't support what he did.
